As President and Chief Executive Officer of US Network, Inc., Mark directs the company’s strategic vision and operations, solidifying its position as a leader in SaaS technology, advanced cybersecurity solutions, and tailored public sector offerings.

He spearheaded the development of US Network’s comprehensive Cybersecurity program, including SOC initiatives, delivering cutting-edge threat detection, response, and protection capabilities. Mark also expanded the company’s SLED (State, Local, and Education) program, crafting tailored solutions for public sector clients. These initiatives have driven sustainable growth across enterprise and public sector markets.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, Mark oversaw critical functions, including finance, operations, and human resources, streamlining processes and positioning US Network for long-term success.

Before joining US Network, Mark held Executive Leadership roles at AT&T Communications and Focal Communications, where he consistently exceeded performance targets, led high-impact sales teams, and developed complex strategies that delivered measurable results. His ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders has been a hallmark of his career.

Mark brings deep expertise in building and managing Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, enabling organizations to address cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with industry standards proactively. Under his leadership, SOC operations at US Network have become a cornerstone of the company’s cybersecurity offerings, delivering 24/7 monitoring, rapid incident response, and threat intelligence that protects clients from evolving cyber risks.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University. A strategic thinker and innovative problem-solver, he is passionate about building collaborative, results-driven teams. His achievements include six consecutive years in the prestigious AppDirect President’s Club, underscoring his commitment to excellence.
